All prices quoted are for total sq. ft. of all finished areas including basements. Finished basements are to be included in the total sq. ft. of the property.
Full payment is kindly expected at the time of the inspection.
Resale Homes:
$500.00 Under 1,000 sq. ft. of finished area of the property.
Extra fee for multiple kitchens in the property.
New Homes: Tarion 30 day or Year end inspections:
$500.00 Under 1,000. sq. ft. of finished area of the property.
Exra fee for new homes:
$25.00 Each floor that is higher than 8 feet,
$25.00 Each floor that has flat not stippled ceilings,
Extra fee for multiuple kitchens in the property.
